I became a certified coach in 2019, and after years of coaching executive women, I coached myself through my own midlife reset. Now, my programs draw on the exact tools, practices, and shifts that helped me feel like myself again. Only stronger, clearer, and more joyful. Together, we take small, brave steps that build lasting clarity, confidence, and momentum, without the pressure of having it all figured out.
